Eggs
Eggs are considered to be great for hair growth and thickness as they are loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin B12, iron, zinc and omega-6 fatty acids. Add one egg along with one tablespoon of olive oil and apply the mixture to your hair and scalp,Leave it on for about 30 minutes and rinse.
Coconut milk
Coconut Milk can rapidly promote hair growth. Apply fresh Coconut Milk to your scalp, ideally with the help of a hair brush. Keep your head covered in a towel for 20 minutes and then wash it off with water.
Amla
Amla possesses hair growth promoting activity. Apply fresh amla juice to your scalp. Leave it on for 30 minutes and rinse it off using a mild cleanser.
Fenugreek
Fenugreek possesses hair growth promoting properties. Soak half a cup of fenugreek seeds in water overnight and grind the soaked paste and apply it as a hair mask.Leave it on for 30-60 minutes and rinse it off with water.
Aloe Vera
Aloe vera contains proteolytic enzymes, which are known to repair dead skin cells on the scalp. Extract about 2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel from its leaf and whisk the gel till you get a smooth consistency. Massage the gel into your scalp with your fingertips for about 5-7 minutes, leave it on for 15-20 minutes and rinse.
