Usually, adults between their mid-40s and early 50s develop vision issues, which is quite common. But, these days people at a very younger age develop eyesight issues due to excessive use of mobile and computer.

Here are 5 tips to improve your eyesight

1.Eyes have muscles and eye exercise can keep them in good condition, especially if done in the morning, when your eyes feel tired and before retiring to bed. Warm your eyes for five seconds with warm palms three times. Look up and circle your eyes about ten times in both directions.

2.Wearing sunglasses is one of the most important steps you can take when it comes to improving your eyesight as it protects your eyes from conditions that stem from eye damage

3.Eyes are especially vulnerable to germs and infections and you should always wash your hands before touching your eyes

4.Follow this trick. Focus on an object that is at least 20 feet away, for 20 seconds, every 20 minutes.

5.Eat dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots as antioxidants from these protect the macula from sun damage.
