55-year-old bank employee killed in road mishap

Bantwal: A 55-year-old man was killed in a road accident near Panemangaluru on Wednesday, July 7.
The deceased has been identified as Ganesh, a bank employee. The accident took place when he was on his way to work.
Ganesh was on the way to Mangaluru when a lorry coming from the opposite direction collided with his bike. Though he was imminently rushed to the hospital he succumbed to his injury.
Meanwhile, the lorry is said to have led the spot.
Local police have registered a case in this regard.
