The deceased has been identified as Sanjay Sathish assumed name Shailesh, a local of Uttar Pradesh. He has been living in Bengaluru for the past 30 years.
The incident came to light when the neighbours observed foul scent coming from his flat. The house proprietor utilized the copy key to open Shailesh’s door and discovered his decomposed body.
