8 students, 1 teacher injured in road accident

Kokkada: As many as eight students and a teacher sustained injuries on Friday, December 6 after the bus they were travelling in toppled in Dharmasthala- Subramanya highway.
As per the sources, a private bus ferrying students of Government Yamakanamarady Senior Primary School collided with a car and eventually toppled injuring eight students and a teacher.
It is gathered that the students had come on an excursion to Dharmasthala and were on way their way to Belur when the accident took place.
