82 mobile vet clinics to be launched for Belagavi district on July 19: Min Prabhu Chauhan

Bengaluru: State Animal Husbandry Minister Prabhu Chauhan has said that on July 19 Belagavi district would get 82 mobile vet clinics for the protection and health care services of animals
In a press release, he stated that the mobile vet clinic vehicles would be launched on the premises of Suvarna Soudha. The mobile vet clinic was an extension of the already implemented “Pashu Sanjeevani Scheme”.
The minister has said that this scheme was implemented on a 60:40 Centre-State partnership.
Dedicated call centers for the farmers’ convenience. On calling the helpline numbers 8277100200 or 1962, the farmers the mobile vet clinic would be at the doorsteps immediately. The vehicle is managed by a vet doctor, vet assistant, and driver with Group D workers.
Prabhu Chauhan has said that he had launched 15 mobile vet clinics in the state, looking at which Prime Minister Narendra Modi was satisfied. Observing the successful functioning of the scheme in the state PM Modi had decided to allocate 275 mobile vet vehicles. Out of 275, 70 vehicles were already launched for the Bengaluru Division on May 7 and currently, 85 vehicles would be launched on July 19.
Meanwhile, he has thanked PM Modi, former chief minister B S Yediyurappa and current CM Basavaraj Bommai for their support and guidance.
