A man’s corpse found hanging from a tree

Kadaba: A senior citizen’s corpse has been found hanging from a tree in a rubber plantation at Kalara Adkadi in Kutrupadi village on Aug 28th morning. The deceased is identified as Usman (60), a resident of Kalata Adkadi.
He was at home during the night on Aug 27th after which he suddenly went missing. His worried family searched for him and eventually found is corpse hanging from a tree , informed his son Abdul Khader to Kadaba police in his complaint.
Suicide? Murder?
Abdul is suspicious of the nature of his father Usman’s death and hence he has given a police complaint. Apparently, Usman was found hanging by the very lungi that he was wearing and his feet were touching the ground.
The location has been visited by Puttur DySP Dinakar Shetty who also carried out inspection. Kadaba police ASI Ravi has done the spot mahajar post which the corpse was shifted to Derlakatte hospital for autopsy, after which it was handed over to the family. The deceased is survived by his wife, three sons and two daughters.
