About 10 boats gutted in massive fire at Gangolli

Kundapura: Ten fishing boats anchored on the river bank were gutted by fire on Manganese Road in Gangolli near Kundapur on Monday.

The blaze quickly spread to the boats and caused a huge financial loss to the owners.  Fortunately, no casualties have been reported in the incident.

Byndoor Fire Department and the public cooperated and put out the fire after much effort.
