ACB finds unaccounted 1 kg Gold, bullion, cash, property documents at PWD Engineer’s residence in Mysuru

Mysuru:  Karnataka Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) has found unaccounted cash, bullion, records of movable and immovable properties at the residence of PWD superintendent engineer Ranganatha Nayak on Friday at Vijayanagara in Mysuru. More than 1 kilogram gold, silver weighing in kilograms, documents related to immovable properties located in Bengaluru, Shivamogga and others have also found in his residence. The ACB officials will continue their raid for the second day on Saturday also.

ACB officials started verifying the documents, properties at the residence of Ranganatha Nayak since early morning hours of Friday. For the time being, the ACB team led by DYSP Gajendra Prasad is raiding his residence after receiving number of complaints against his role in alleged corruption and irregularities. Further details are awaited.
