ACB Won’t Arrest BS Yeddyurappa until Next Hearing on Land Denotification Case

Bengaluru: In a big relief to Karnataka State BJP President, former chief minister BS Yeddyurappa, state Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) has stated before Karnataka high court that it won’t arrest BSY until next hearing scheduled on August 28, 2017.

Hearing a land denotification case registered on BSY by ACB, high court adjourned its hearing till August 28 for further moves. According to a FIR registered by ACB, BSY alleged violated law to denotify Shivarama Karantha layout in the state capital during his tenure as Karnataka chief minister.
