Mangalore: Animal Care Trust, Shaktinagar is organising twin desi pup and kitten adoption camps on Sunday, November 3. Notably, this time round, ACT is holding a free adoption camp.

The camps will be held from 10.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m at two places in the city i.e at Raj Auto Engineering Works (Bus Number 27 garage), Mulihithlu and the other at Bhuvanendra Hall, Canara School, Dongerkeri.

Over 20 pups and 10 kittens each will be put up for adoption in these camps. Those who wish to adopt are required to get their valid Photo ID proof for registration. Adopting families will also have access to advise about pet care at home.

The Trust wants the once-abandoned pups and kittens to find forever loving homes and at the same time, it also aims to educate people not to neglect Desi pups and kittens. During the camps, people are also made aware of the need for sterilisation of their pets.
