Actor Vasishta N Simha adopts a lion cub

Bengaluru: Actor and singer Vasishta N Simha adopt a lion cub from Bannerghatta Biological Park on new year’s day.

Vasishta is the latest actor to join the long list of celebrities who are doing their bit to ensure these animals get the necessary care and upkeep through the years.

The Godhi Banna Sadharana Mykattu announced that he adopted a lion cub after he finished the formalities.

Vasishta is all set to explore his luck in other film industries in 2021. His maiden Telugu film Odela Railway Station has already been completed and is in the post-production stage. He also has another Telugu project we hear. The actor has a few Kannada films like Godhra and Kaalachakra that are ready for release too.

Among the many Sandalwood actors who have adopted animals in these enclosed wildlife spaces are Darshan, Chikkanna, Samyukta Hornad, and Srujan Lokesh.
