Adoption camp for desi breeds in Mangaluru

Mangaluru: With an aim to provide forever loving homes to abandoned Desi Pups and Kittens Animal Care Trust, Shakthinagar, Mangalore has been organising Adoption Camps frequently in and around Mangalore city, Surathkal, BC Road, Mulki etc. Over the years the adoption camps have been on a rise due to the increase in the number of abandonment cases.

One such adoption camp will be organised on October 20, Sunday at Niran Motors Private Limited, 1-16/9, NH-66, Bangrakuloor, Mangalore- 575013 from 10.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m.

While no adoption fee is charged, ACT collects a nominal charge of INR 200 as registration fee to help cover the basic medical expenses incurred. Those who wish to adopt are required to get their valid Photo ID proof for registration. Adopting families will also have access to advise about pet care at home.
