A report in the Times of India said that a pornographic video clip appeared on the projector screen during a programme held for the rollout of methanol-blended M-15 petrol attended by the Union Minister of State Rameswar Teli in Tinsukia on Saturday.
Union MoS Rameswar Teli launched the pilot rollout of M-15 petrol in the presence of Niti Aayog member Dr VK Saraswat, Indian Oil Chairman SM Vidya, state labour minister Sanjoy Kishan, Assam Petrochemicals Limited (APL) chairman Bikul Deka, along with senior officials of the oil industry, the TOI report said.
The embarrassing incident happened during the speech by an Indian Oil official that had a slideshow showing the clips of the project. The video played for 3-4 seconds before it was abruptly cut off, the report said quoting sources.
