Advocate sexual harassment case: Accused surrenders before court

Mangaluru: Advocate K S N Rajesh, who has been accused of sexually harassing a law intern surrendered before the court on Monday, December 20.
Rajesh had been absconding after a first information report was registered in the women’s police station on October 18.
Two cases were booked at the women’s police station against Rajesh relating to sexual harassment in the office of the advocate.
On October 29, the anticipatory bail application moved by advocate K S N Rajesh was rejected by the sixth additional district and sessions court.
