Bengaluru: Street vendor from Bengaluru’s Jayanagar has caught Anand Mahindra’s attention for his innovative dosas
Tweeting from his WhatsApp Wonder Box, Anand Mahindra shared a video of the vendor preparing ‘icecream’ dosas. While dosas are a popular food item in South India, the vendor’s out-of-the-box thinking made the business tycoon appel to his groups’ product design teams to regularly visit vendors & draw inspiration from them.
Mahindra on Thursday, February 20 shared the video with the caption, “Not a fan of ice cream dosas, but full marks to this gentleman’s inventiveness. In fact, Indian street vendors are an inexhaustible source of innovation. All the product design teams in our Group should regularly visit vendors & draw inspiration from them! #whatsappwonderbox”
