Bengaluru: Street vendor from Bengaluru’s Jayanagar has caught Anand Mahindra’s attention for his innovative dosas

Tweeting from his WhatsApp Wonder Box, Anand Mahindra shared a video of the vendor preparing ‘icecream’ dosas. While dosas are a popular food item in South India, the vendor’s out-of-the-box thinking made the business tycoon appel to his groups’ product design teams to regularly visit vendors & draw inspiration from them.

Mahindra on Thursday, February 20 shared the video with the caption, “Not a fan of ice cream dosas, but full marks to this gentleman’s inventiveness.
