Bengaluru: Missing techie, Ajitabh Kumar’s sister Pragya S launched a twitter protest #JusticeforAjitabh seeking CBI intervention into the case.
“We are using social media platform for CBI to hear us. We want the CBI to look into the matter,” she said. Mimic Zadoo, Ajitabh’s brother in law had earlier appealed to the Home Minister of Karnataka to transfer the case to the CBI but got no response.
The CID had been handling the case for the last four months. “In January, the SIM card and the mobile phone used to contact Ajitabh were found so we were assured that the department is actively finding clues. But during the elections, the case was handed over to CID for further investigation and since then nothing has happened,” says Mimic.
Ajitabh (30) software professional who was living in Whitefield had put his car up for sale on an online portal. He left his house on December 18, 2017 after receiving a call from a potential buyer.
