All board members of Cricket South Africa resign

The 10-member board of Cricket South Africa (CSA) resigned from their post on Monday. In a Twitter post, CSA announced, “All independent and non-independent directors have now resigned.”
As reported by CricTracker, Six directors that included acting president Beresford Williams stepped down from his position after a meeting on Sunday. On the other hand, the rest of the four members gave their resignations on October 26.
According to a CSA statement, the resignations were accepted and were with immediate effect. An interim committee will soon be in place but as of now Rihan Richards will head CSA.
