Ambedkar statue vandalised

Ballia: A statue of B R Ambedkar was found vandalised in a village here, police said today. The incident took place at around 2.00 am, Inspector of Rasra Police Station, Jagdish Chandra Yadav said.
One of the hands of the statue was found damaged in Sardaspur village following which a case has been registered against unidentified persons.
Policemen have been deployed at the spot.
