Amid speculations over leadership change, Vijayendra goes to Delhi

Bengaluru: Amid speculations doing rounds over leadership change in Karnataka, CM BS Yediyurappa’s son and BJP vice president B Y Vijayendra has gone to Delhi.
His visit triggered the latest round of speculations about attempts to replace Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa. However, Vijayendra has refuted the rumours and said that it has nothing to with leadership change in the state and his visit is not political.
It is said that Vijayendra will be meeting BJP National General secretary Arun Singh.
Recently, Karnataka Tourism Minister C P Yogeeshwara, visited New Delhi which triggered rumours, but he clarified saying it was to discuss his own political future with national leaders.
