Amit Shah attacks Congress for defaming Hindus

Bengaluru: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president Amit Shah on Wednesday April 18, pointed finger at All India Congress Committee (AICC) president Rahul Gandhi for defaming the Hindus and India by utilizing the term ‘Hindu Terror’ and `Saffron Terror’ in the repercussions of Mecca Masjid bomb blast case verdict. 

Speaking at a convection of BJP Shakthi Kendra Pramukhs, Shah said “I request individuals of Karnataka to punish Rahul and Congress party in the prospective Assembly elections in the state if the Congress governance declines to apologize for hurting the sentiment of Hindus and India,” Shah said. 

The BJP national president’s attack comes in the scenery of a National Investigation Agency (NIA) court clearing all denounced in the 2007 Mecca Masjid blast case in Hyderabad, the BJP has requested a statement of regret from Congress president Rahul Gandhi and former ministers Sushil Kumar Shinde and P Chidambaram for professedly utilizing the statements “saffron terror” behind the blast. 

Refering to a 2009 message, traded supposedly between then US Ambassador to India Tim Roemer and US State Department, Shah said that Rahul Gandhi had educated the US emissary regarding nearness of “Hindu Terror”, “Saffron Terror” in the nation. 

“Congress had been criticizing the Hindu throughout the years by deceiving the people about presence of “Hindu Terror”. The exoneration of the accused by the court in the Mecca Masjid blast case on the grounds of absence of evidence has uncovered Congress’s lies”, Shah said.

Shah who is on a two-day visit to state trained his party workers and leaders to take the issue to the public during their battle in the state and “clarify how Congress slapped false charges against honest individuals and sent them to jail for in thename of ‘Hindu Terror’.” 

The Hindu culture educated the world about peace and civilization for lakhs of years, and the Congress has committed a sin by linking it to saffron terror, Shah said and asked the people Karnataka to punish Congress for the insult on Hindus. 

Attacking Siddaramaiah’s government Shah said peace in the state has died, government has decided not to see to murder of RSS and BJP activists. He guaranteed that the murderers would be punished regardless of whether they are “hiding away in Patal (underground) once BJP comes to control.”
