Bengaluru: Political circles in Karnataka are abuzz after State’s Mines and Geology Minister Murugesh Nirani was summoned to the national capital by Union Home Minister Amit Shah.

Nirani had to cut short his Mysuru visit and rush to Delhi.

It was reported that his request to depart in the evening after finishing the Mysuru visit was denied and was told to head for Delhi immediately.

Nirmani’s summoning to Delhi comes in the backdrop of the Panchamasaali reservation struggle and MLA Basanagouda Patil Yatnal’s earlier visit to Delhi.
