Mangaluru: BJP national president struck back at Siddaramaiah, claiming that he has more than 19 different instances of alleged corruption in Karnataka by Siddaramaiah’s government.
Addressing the press meet at Surathkal, after completing his party canvassing tour of Dakshina Kannada, Amit Shah responded,”I do not accuse without proof. Siddaramaiah’s possession of a watch costing Rs.40lacs, Congress dairy scam, IT raid on influential Congress ministers, 24000 crore loss of Bengaluru transport system are some of the few instances of Siddaramaiah government’s corruption and I have furthermore 19 instances related to this issue.”
Shah’s reply comes in retaliation to Siddaramaiah’s question to Modi and Shah to produce proof to their accusations on Karnataka State government being corrupt.
Shah also said,”Siddaramaiah’s state government is a three ‘M’ government consisting of Mafia, Murder and Ministeral corruption. People of the state are going to vote for BJP’s good governance model. Days of Siddaramiah’s government are numbered and the vote counting day will be Congress government’s last day in the state. Next state government will be BJP government under the leadership of Yedurappa.”
Law and order in the state is dysfunctional. State sponsored murders are taking place. In the past 4 years more than 22 RSS and BJP workers have been murdered giving rise to a state of terror. But the state government has repealed cases booked against the members of CFI, SDPI, thus doing deceptive politics. These acts of the state government are giving rise to collapse in law and order of the state and bringing down the morale of police.
