Amit Shah says three farm laws will help farmers’ income increase manifold

Bengaluru: Union home minister Amit Shah on Sunday, January 17 said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi government is committed to working for the welfare of farmers.

Addressing a gathering here he said, “The three farm laws will help farmers’ income increase manifold. Now farmers can sell agriculture produce anywhere in the country & the world.”

He further added, “Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme was brought by the Modi government for farmers. APMCs will be linked digitally.”

Amit Shah said that “Modi government had given loans to the farmers to the tune of Rs 13 lakh crore as against 6 lakh crore when the Congress was in power. Sugarcane growers will benefit from the production of ethanol as sugarcane comes from farmers.”
