Amit Shah visits Udupi Sri Krishna Mutt

Udupi: BJP National President Amit Shah who is visiting Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts, visited the Udupi Sri Krishna mutt today and had a darshan of the Sri Krishna here.
Shah had a darshan of the deity through the ‘Kanakana kindi’ first before entering the main temple and said that, “I am happy to visit Sri Krishna Temple. I feel gratified,”.
Shah was honoured by Sri Palimaru mutt seer Vidyadhisha Thirtha Swamiji.
Shah inaugurated the Rama Dhama commercial-cum-residential complex of Palimar Mutt near the Rajangana parking space here.
B.S. Yeddyurappa, former Chief Minister, and Nalini Kateel, MP, were present.
