Andhra woman walks into police station with husband’s severed head, confesses to murder

In a shocking incident, a 50-year-old woman in Andhra Pradesh’s Tirupati walked into a police station with the severed head of her husband and surrendered herself.

The woman, Vasundhara repeatedly stabbed her husband Ravichandar (53) and then severed his head. She then wrapped his head in a plastic bag and arrived at the station where she confessed to the murder.

As per reports, the couple had developed differences recently. Vasundhara it is said suspected him of having an extramarital affair. On Thursday, Vasundhara got into a verbal duel with Ravichandar for arriving home late the previous night. Things took an ugly turn and she stabbed him out of anger.

A case has been registered and Ravichandar’s body shifted to Tirupati Ruai Hospital for post mortem.
