Anita Pai appointed as chief operating officer of Yes Bank

Mangaluru: Mangalurean Anita Pai has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Yes Bank. Jasneet Bachal has been appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer, announced the Bank.
Earlier, Anita Pai worked as Senior General Manager and Head of ATM Business, Branch banking Service and Phone Banking at ICICI Bank. She has also been associated with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited and HDFC Limited. Anita Pai hails from Manjeshwar near Mangaluru.
With 29 years of rich experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector across Retail and Corporate Operations, Customer service and Service Quality, and ATM and Branch Banking service, Anita will be responsible for Operations & Service Delivery (OSD) and Information Technology functions of the Bank in her new role.
She will be focusing on establishing nimble operations setup, backed with best in class technology platforms to deliver superior customer experience and will also be responsible for augmenting systems, controls and processes to ensure a superior operational delivery proposition to all customer segments. She will be reporting to the MD and CEO of the Bank.
On the other hand, with over 20 years of experience in strategic marketing and developing solutions for different market segments across banking and media industries, Jasneet will be responsible for the overall Marketing function of the India’s fourth-largest private sector Bank, Yes bank.
