Adding some anti-fatigue foods to your everyday meals can make a huge difference to how you feel- both physically and mentally.
It is very common among the population to feel fatigued, which could be a sign to rejig your diet.
Below are a few anti-fatigue foods that will perk you up:
- Bananas: They are delicious and highly nutritious snacks. They may boost your energy levels and performance during exercise, as well as reduce inflammation.
- Dark Chocolate: Dark chocolate has been touted as a superfood as it is packed with cocoa flavanols. Research reveals that flavanols can lower mental fatigue and improve your mood.
