Applications open for Vaddarse Raghurama Shetty social justice Journalism award

Bengaluru: The Department of Information and Public Relations has invited applications from journalists for the Vaddarse Raghurama Shetty Award, which recognizes contributions to social justice journalism.

To be eligible, applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in print or electronic media.

They should also have published 10 to 15 articles focused on social justice or have conducted special reports, discussions, debates, and other programs related to the topic in electronic media.

The last date for submission is October 21.

Nominations can be submitted by post to the Commissioner, Department of Information and Public Relations, No. 17, Vartha Soudha, Bhagawan Mahaveer Road, Bengaluru 560001, or via email at [email protected].
