Aranthodu: Woman, her two daughters go missing

Aranthodu: A woman from Aletti village has gone missing along with her two daughters. A complaint has been registered at the Sullia police station regarding the incident.

The missing woman has been identified as Nandini (27), a resident of Pariwarakana in Aletti village. According to the complaint, she has been missing from her residence with her daughters, Vaishnavi (8) and Anushka (2).

Nandini’s husband, Rajendra (40), works as a tiles labouer, and the family resides in Pariwarakana. Vaishnavi, the elder daughter, is a second-grade student at St. Joseph’s School, while Anushka attends an Anganwadi center.

It is gathered that Nandini and her husband argued over his habit of spending excessive time watching reels on his mobile phone. Following the incident, she briefly returned to her parental home with the children but later came back.

On January 7, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., Nandini and her daughters went missing from their residence. Rajendra has lodged a complaint with the Sullia police regarding their disappearance.

The police have registered a case and initiated an investigation.
