Asaigoli: Multiple vehicle collision

Ullal: A serial collision occurred near Asaigoli on Friday afternoon and a car driver miraculously escaped with his life.

Nazeer, a resident of Innoli Kamblapadav in Pavur village was travelling in his car to his clothes shop located at Deralakatte when the accident took place.

Since road side drain work was being undertaken at Tiblepadavu in Asaigoli, the KSRTC bus in front of Nazeer’s car applied brakes suddenly. Similarly, Nazeer too applied brakes to stop his car. At that moment, a private bus which was following Nazeer’s car collided with the rear of his car. The force of the impact was such that Nazeer’s car went and hit the rear of the KSRTC bus in front of him. However, even though his car was stuck between two buses, Nazeer miraculously escaped with his life.

A case in this connection has been registered at the traffic police station.
