ASI Prakash from Udupi awarded President’s Police Medal

Udupi: Assistant Sub Inspector Prakash, who works in the District Crime Record Bureau here has been awarded the President’s Police Medal.

A Bachelor of Commerce graduate, Prakash joined the Police Department in 1993. He has participated in several programs related to the Department.

His present job role involved precisely documenting criminal activities, accidents and suicides.

Prakash was highly praised for his performance during the recent elections.

He also participated in various operations of the Police Department and was successful in apprehending criminals. He was involved in solving several cases in Gangoli, Brahmavara and Manipal police stations.
