Bengaluru: A woman has registered a complaint against an auto driver, who allegedly bit her hand over a dispute about the route on Tuesday, February 4.

Rupa Singh, a resident of Kanakapura main road mentioned in her complaint that she boarded an auto near Majestic to go to her office in Race Course road.

Rupa guided the driver the correct route to the office, however, the driver took a longer route alleging that it is also the correct route.

She informed the driver that the cost of the route described by her was Rs. 30 and she would not pay any extra money for this different route which led to an argument.

The angry driver stopped the vehicle midway, abused her and bit her left hand and fled from the location.

The police are investigating to nab the driver.
