The COVID-19 lockdown has restricted everyone to stay indoors. With hours of free time at hand, people including celebrities are unleashing their creative sides.  Making the most of this opportunity, multi-talented Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana shared a keyboard version of “Bella ciao” from Money Heist web series on social media.

He appealed all the filmmakers that he is eager to do a role like “professor” from Money Heist web series.

“I want to be the professor. I want to put this out in the universe. Hello reverent filmmakers! Please! I’m dying to do something like this,” he wrote.

“I’m itching to go on sets & work, like each and every human. But patience is a virtue they say. Calm down. Till then Bella Ciao #MoneyHeist,” he added.

The video has already been viewed over 1 lakh times and garnered around, 12.7k likes and 1.1k retweets on micro blogging site.

Bella ciao meaning ‘goodbye beautiful’ is an Italian ‘folk song’ of women to protest against harsh working conditions in paddy fields in 19th century.

The song was adapted multiple times in pop culture and it regained its popularity after series Money Heist adapted the song in several occasions. This song was also a major highlight of the web series as well.
