‘Baahubali: The Conclusion shatters box office records, makes 121 crore’

Mumbai: Breaking all the box office records, “Baahubali: The Conclusion” has earned Rs 121 crore net on the opening day.
Elated Karan Johar, who is the presenter of the Hindi version of the SS Rajamouli-directed movie, took to Twitter to share the record breaking first day collection of the film.
“Grand India Total of 121 crore net! Hindi is 41 crore! Tamil+ Telegu+ Malayalam = 80 crore! History has been created!” (sic) Johar tweeted.
The film has broken the records of superstar Salman Khan and Aamir Khan’s blockbusters “Sultan” (36.54 crore) and “Dangal” (29.78 crore).
“Baahubali: The Conclusion”, released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam, features Prabhas, Anushka Shetty, Rana Daggubati and Tamannaah in the lead.
