Baby Chimp smoking cigar; Twitterattis accuse of animal abuse

Russia: Twitterattis have accused a Russian Youtuber of animal cruelty after he posted a baby chimpanzee smoking a bong, and a cigar.

Vitaly Zdorovetskiy filmed himself asking the chimp “Are you high, bro” in Instagram footage he captioned: “When your friend smokes for the first time.”

The video shows the chimp puffing on the pipe then bolting away towards a red sofa.

Many of his followers were outraged by the video, and some alerted animal welfare group Peta.

One Instagrammer wrote: “Disgusting. Shame on you! The monkey has more brains than you.”

Others called “animal abuse”, and one wrote: “I will do everything in my power to get your twitter page banned and charged with cruelty to animals.”

Former fan Kaylin added: “This is disgusting to watch. I used to be a loyal subscriber but this is too far.”
