Ballari: 4 COVID-19 patients die; 18 deaths in 3 days

Ballari: Three women and one man who were COVID-19 positive died on Tuesday, June 30 in the district. The death toll from COVID-19 in the district has risen to 28.
18 COVID-19 positives have died in the last three days.
A 31-year-old woman from Bellary taluk’s Kolur was admitted to District COVID-19 Hospital on June 28. She died on June 29 from a heart ailment. Before her death, she tested positive for the virus. She will now be cremated as per the SOP, informed Deputy Commissioner S S Nakul.
Similarly, a 63-year-old elderly in Brundavana Apartments, NC Colony, Hospet, was hospitalized on June 28 due to pneumonia and died on Monday, June 29.
A 55-year-old woman from Bellary died on July 27 after suffering from hypertension and heart problems.
A 58-year-old woman from KHB Colony in Sandur, suffering from various ailments, was hospitalized on June 29 and died there.
DC Nakul said that al of them had tested positive for COVID-19 in the tests conducted on them before their death.
