‘Banaras’ movie promo: Actors Zaid & Sonal offer prayers at Tirupati

As the day for the release of the movie ‘Banaras’ nears, the film team is busy with promotional work. Actors Zaid Khan and Sonal Monteiro along with the movie team are on a tour of states in India for raising awareness about the film.
Besides the promo work, the team also took time to visit famous religious places, temples, and shrines to pray for the success of the movie.
Recently, Zaid and Sonal paid a visit to the renowned Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam and sought the blessings of Balaji for the film’s success. They also visited a famous dargah in Nellore.
Banaras, meanwhile, is a pan-Indian film directed by Jayatirta. To be released across multiple languages including Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam, stars newcomer Zaid Khan and Sonal Monteiro.
The romantic entertainer also has time travel as a theme and has a very intriguing storyline. The movie has been shot in exotic locales in Banaras. The music has been scored brilliantly by Ajaneesh Loknath and all the songs have been hits. Banaras which has been produced by National Khan Productions will release on November 4.
Though it’s his debut film, Zaid’s acting in the trailer has charmed the viewers and raised hopes for the film. It has also raised the prospect of Zaid establishing himself firmly as a mainstream actor.
