Bantwal: Ancient house catches fire; Goods worth Rs 40 lakh destroyed

Bantwal: Goods worth Rs 40 lakh were destroyed after an ancient house caught fire at Devanadabettu of Kallige village on December 16. However, no casualties have been reported.
The house belonged to Sundari and Shubha Ananda Banjan, residents of Devandabettu
It is said that the fire broke out due to a short circuit.
A case has been registered.
