Bantwal: Cash, documents go missing from crashed car

Bantwal: The kin of the deceased man in a fatal crash that happened near Chandtimar here, have filed a complaint that cash and other documents in the crashed car have gone missing.

It may be recalled that Roshan Serrao, who ran a catering business was killed in a horrific crash on the BC Road-Punjalkatte National Highway on June 1. The car had veered off-road and was damaged in the impact.

The family of the deceased claims that Roshan was carrying the cash payment received from a customer when the accident took place. Cash worth Rs 2 lakh 3 thousand and other documents have gone missing from the car, the complaint says.

A video grab of the CCTV footage of the accident had gone also gone viral on social media.
