Bantwal forest department rescues wild cat kitten

Bantwal: A lone wild cat kitten was found on a farm at Modankap near BC Road on Sunday, February 2. The kitten was safely given over to Pilikula Nisarga Dhama by forest officials.
Modankap resident Satish Shetty found the kitten at his farm. He informed the Bantwal forest department who dispatched a team to rescue the kitten.
Forest officer B Suresh who arrived at the farm said that they checked whether the mother wild cat and her other kittens are still around the farm.
Along with the forest officers Vinay, Preetam and Jitesh were also involved in the rescue operation.
