Bantwal: Kambala jockey Srinivas Gowda breaks another record

Punjalkatte: Kambala jockey, Mijaru Ashwathpura Srinivas Gowda has broken yet another record at the ‘Satya-Dharma Jodukare Kambala’ at Kakkyapadavu Maira in Bantwal district.

Gowda covered 100 metres in 8.78 seconds, breaking his own record of 8.96 seconds at the kambala held in Belthangady last week.

He was competing in the ‘Hagga Hiriya’ section and was jockeying the buffaloes of Shaktiprasad Shetty.
