Bantwal: Man allegedly assaults fourth wife, throws her out, case filed

Bantwal: A man from Gudinabali in Panemangalore has been accused of assaulting his fourth wife, using abusive language, and throwing her out of their house.

The incident reportedly took place on November 27, and a case has been registered against him at the Bantwal Town Police Station.

The complainant alleged that her husband, identified as Mohammad Rafiq verbally abused her, assaulted both her and their child, and forcibly evicted them from the house.

The complaint also alleges that Rafiq stole her gold ornaments and was planning a fifth marriage despite already being married four times, including to the complainant.

The police are investigating the matter further.
