Bantwal: One injured in car-bike collision

Bantwal: In an accident that occurred on Saturday, August 28 evening on Bhandaribettu escape road in Bantwal a motorbike and car collided with each other. In this accident, the bike rider was injured and the pillion rider escaped unhurt.

Bike rider Kakkepadavu Krishnamayya suffered minor injuries and has been admitted to the hospital. His brother Suryanarayana escaped unhurt.

The accident occurred when an Alto car coming from Dharamasthala road collided with the bike. Both Krishnamayya and his brother were thrown off the bike due to the impact.

The entire incident was captured in the nearby CCTV camera. Melkar traffic police officials visited the spot and conducted an inspection.
