Bantwal: Thieves steal cash from govt school office locker; case filed

Bantwal: Unidentified miscreants stole Rs 25,000 cash from the office locker of a government school at Bolangady, Panemangaluru.
The incident took place on August 18 night and came to light the next day morning when the school opened for the day.
The staff noticed that the cupboards in the school office had been opened and files kept within it was found scattered on the floor. The locker had been broken and the cash had been stolen.
School headmaster Sridhara Pujari filed a complaint at Bantwal Town Police Station regarding the incident.
