Bantwal: Toddy tapper falls from palm tree, dies

Bantwal: A man died after he fell from a palm tree at Keddelu of Narikombu village on Thursday.
The deceased has been identified as Prakash, a resident of Keddelu. He was a toddy tapper by profession and has over 20 years of experience in the field.
On Thursday, he climbed the palm tree to collect toddy but, lost his balance and fell down. Injured Prakash was rushed to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
