Bantwal: A group of unidentified individuals assaulted a boy who had stopped by the roadside near Koornadka on October 16 night.
The boy, associated with a local light and sound business in Kalladka, was returning from an event in a vehicle along with his team.
While en route, one of the boys in the vehicle felt nauseous and thus they stopped the car near Koornadka.
As the boy stood by the roadside, people in the car offered him a bottle of water. At that moment, a group of unidentified individuals appeared and assaulted him. The reason for the attack remains unclear.
