Bappanadu: Kid run over by a lorry

Mulki: A 12-year-old boy died after an out of control lorry ran over the boy after ramming into a bus in front of the Bappanadu Temple at Mulki on Sunday night, May 20th.

The victim was waiting along with his parents for a bus  bus  in front of the Bappanadu Temple at Mulki when the mishap occurred.

The deceased boy has been identified as Rakshith Kumar,  a resident of Menasagi  in Rona taluk of Gadag district.

the watchman of an apartment near Mulki Bappanadu was waiting for the bus to go to his hometown along with his wife and two children, when the tragedy struck.

A mini bus which was proceeding towards the temple was hit by the lorry which was heading towards Udupi from Mangaluru. The lorry then ran over the boy.

The bus driver and a few passengers too were injured in the grisly road mishap.
