BDA recovers encroached property worth Rs 40 Cr in Domlur

Bengaluru: In an operation Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) recovered its encroached property worth about Rs 40 crores at Amarjyothi Layout, Domlur on Tuesday.

Unauthorized constructions which had come up on Sy No. 58/9 of Domlur Shopping Complex, Amarjyothi layout were demolished and an extent of 20013 scquare feet of land was recovered. The recovered property is estimated at Rs. 40 crores. The demolition operation was carried out by the BDA Task Force, under the guidance of the Superintendent of Police, BDA Executive Engineer, East Division along with the active co-operation of the Local Police.
