Belagavi: A massive operation is underway to rescue a 2-year-old boy who fell into a borewell at Raibhag on Saturday, September 18.
The boy is identified as Sharath, son of Siddappa.
The minor boy had gone missing on Friday, September 17 after which his father filed a complaint.
On Saturday afternoon parents who were looking for the boy found out that had fallen into a borewell in a field nearby. They soon informed police and fire personal.
The rescue team is currently trying to rescue the child from going deeper into the borewell. Meanwhile, prayers are on in the village to rescue the minor boy.
